You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or used.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the replacement.
